During the period of postnatal ontogeny observed together with the formation of indicators of quantity and quality, changes in the intensity of protein synthesis, along with the formation of other physico-chemical and biological characteristics of proteins. Under conditions of food deprivation, protein synthesis rate is decreased. The body in relation to hunger due to the adaptive response, move on endogenous nutrition.
