Main scientific results:
For the first time, using complex parasitological and biochemical methods, it was determined that alkyl derivatives of amino acids that have not been used in veterinary medicine have anti-emerythic effect. Based on the biochemical parameters of the host animal's organism, survival, weight gain, reproduction of the parasite, it is substantiated that amino acid derivatives can be a promising drug in the fight against avian Eimeriosis. A method has been developed to evaluate the effectiveness of antiemetic drugs based on the amount of total protein and several protein fractions in the blood. Changes in amino acid metabolism and enzyme activity during the treatment of Eimeniosis of domestic chickens (E. tenella) and its treatment with Baycox and wormwood have been identified, and some issues of the biochemical nature of the parasite-host relationship have been theoretically substantiated. For the first time, schemes for the use of a combination of baycox and bitter wormwood in the treatment of Emeryosis of domestic chickens have been proposed.
